Unfortunately on Saturday our Minors effectively bowed out of the Munster Minor A Competition with a defeat to a very experienced Tipperary side.

The game played in Bansha was a tough fixture for the Kingdom, with the Premier side boasting players who have contested numerous school finals all year giving them more game exposure. Kerry’s defence struggled with the pace & quick movement of players & of the ball by the Tipp side & went in at half time down 1-10 to 0-5. Kerry however did have 2 goal chances but failed to convert. Kerry regrouped in the second half & with some fresh legs threw all they had at Tipperary. However it was not enough, full time Tipperary 2-16 Kerry 1-12. Kerry will be looking at results of other games to decide our feat.
